Scope and Contents The records in the Aurora Trades and Labor Assembly (ATLA) Collection are arranged in five series and span the years from 1901 to 1984. Series I contains constitutions, by-laws, annual reports, minutes of meetings, and a brief history of the ATLA. Scope and Contents This collection represents a small portion of the records generated by the Elgin Trades Council; records pre-dating 1965 have been lost. The materials are divided into five series. The first series contains the records of the Council -- constitutions, meeting minutes (1967-1979), and general correspondence (1968-1978).
